1
Prepare ingredients. -
2
Choose large oval-shaped potatoes and cut them into pieces as thick as your little finger. -
3
Soak in clean water to remove starch for about 10 minutes. -
4
Use a Korean Daewoo electric ceramic stove with precise temperature control to submerge potato strips under cold water, cook over high heat for 2 minutes, add a little salt, and remove. -
5
Drain the water. I use kitchen paper to quickly drain the water from the fries. -
6
Put the drained potato strips into a bowl, add a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of salt, shake well, and add salt and pepper powder or basil leaf powder according to your own taste. It’s also good to make it into various flavors. -
7
Same as above. -
8
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush it with oil. Place the potatoes on it one by one without brushing it with oil. -
9
Put it into the preheated oven, turn the temperature to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. The baked fries will be more delicious when dipped in ketchup. -
10
If you want it to be crispier, put the baking sheet on the upper shelf. Personally, I prefer to eat it a little softer. The potato has a stronger aroma and tastes better.
