Ingredients (8)
- 1 bunch watercress, sprigs picked and washed
- 1 radicchio lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
- 1 bunch radishes, trimmed, sliced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt and pepper, to season
Method
- Step 1 Combine 1 bunch watercress, sprigs picked and washed, 1 radicchio lettuce, leaves separated, 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons, and 1 bunch radishes, trimmed, sliced in a serving bowl.
- Step 2 Combine 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 garlic clove, crushed, in jug. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk and drizzle dressing over salad.
