Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Use a small sharp knife to cut the chicken wings into 2 pieces at the joint. Cut the tips from the wings and discard.
Step 2 Combine the orange juice, honey, sugar and ginger in a large baking dish. Add the chicken and stir until it is well coated.
Step 3 Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Stir the chicken and then cook, stirring every 10 minutes, for a further 30 minutes or until the sauce reduces and the chicken wings are golden. Transfer the chicken wings to a large plate. Serve immediately or place in the fridge until serving.
