Prepare all ingredients: rice, steak, eggs, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, black pepper juice. -

Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs until they are set, scoop them up and set aside. -

Absorb the water from the surface of the steak and fry it in the pan. -

Fry both sides until cooked through (if you like it more cooked), scoop it upto the plate. -

Blanch the broccoli in some oil and salt, pick it up and place it on a plate. -

Finally, make the black pepper juice. Heat the oil, add the black pepper juice, and use water starch (i.e. water plus 1 spoon of starch) to reduce the juice over high heat. -

Pour the sauce onto the surface of the steak, place the cherry tomatoes on top, and finish.
