You must use fresh rosemary, not dried. -

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into strips of the same size; remove the leaves from the rosemary, remove the stems, and chop the leaves into small pieces; press the garlic into a paste. -

Add rosemary and garlic to potatoes, season with salt and black pepper, add oil and mix well (a little more oil should be used). -

Put a piece of baking paper on the bottom of the baking pan, and spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on it. -

Put it into the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. Take it out and turn it during the middle 20 minutes to make the potatoes evenly heated. -
