Tips
1. Line a baking sheet with tin foil so that the juice from the tomatoes during the baking process will not flow directly onto the baking sheet, making it easier to clean;
2. Use pickled green chili peppers to make the filling not greasy. If you don’t like it, you can just replace it with ordinary green chili peppers;
3. The mixed cheese must be cooled down until it is not hot before mixing, otherwise the cheese will melt if the temperature is too high;
4. Different ovens have different temperatures, adjust the baking time appropriately according to your own oven performance;
5. Wipe the inner wall of the oven with a wet rag as soon as possible after the oven cools down, so that the oil stains on the inner wall can be easily removed.
