Boil eggs and potatoes, wash cucumbers, okra and carrots and set aside. -

Peel the potatoes, flatten the cucumber and cut into small pieces. -

Cut okra into sections. -

Boil water in a pot, add some salt, blanch okra and carrots for 2 minutes and remove. -

Cut the eggs and put all the ingredients on the plate. -

Have some braised lemon chicken feet, and add some salad dressing or vinegar sauce of your choice.
