Soften 200g kiri cheese at room temperature. After softening, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. -

Stir the softened cheese smoothly, add 20g of white sugar and stir evenly. -

Add 10g corn starch and stir evenly. Add 120ml animal butter and stir evenly. -

In a 6-inch mold lined with parchment paper, bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. -
